London - Victoria & Albert Museum, Hyde Park

After an hour in church, mom and I walked next door to the Victoria & Albert Museum. Another huge museum full of priceless artifacts from all over the world. I will try to explain the origins?
A screen from India
St John the Baptist by Auguste Rodin
The Age of Bronze by Auguste Rodin
A very famous bed that explains the story of the Princess and the Pea. That story makes so much more sense after seeing this bed. It seems impossible that, with all those layers, anyone would feel such a small object at the bottom.
The Great Ware Bed is one of the prized pieces of the V&A
David. Really huge David
I have always loved the story of St George and the Dragon
Samson Slaying a Philistine by Giambologne. This is one of the prized pieces of the V&A.
Giant bubbles caused a lot of childhood joy
Map of Hyde Park
Such a lovely day to stroll through the park
Crazy to think that you can build a lake for someone you love. If you have the money and other people to do it.
