After a lovely visit with Stu's Grandpa and Toni, we drove back home via Zion National Park. The lovely weather made it possible for us to make the drive with the top down.

A Bloody Valentine's
I was secondary nurse during a bad trauma. After we got the patient upstairs, I was helping clean up. We have a device called a Belmont Infuser that we use when doing "Mass Transfusion Protocol" or MTP. That means we fill a tub with 3 units of blood and infuse all three (approx 900 ml) in less than 2 minutes. As secondary nurse, I was in charge of MTP, so I was in charge of cleaning it up. Well, I was carefully undoing each bag of blood from the tub where the blood pours in. I was all done and went to pull the tub off its pole and a huge spray of blood splashed all across me and the wall. As my co-workers said, "At least it was clean blood?"

Mt Timpanogos Temple
Dad and I went to the Mount Timpanogos Temple. Dad took my picture, but clearly wanted to be in it too!

Back in the Temple
Went to the Provo Temple today with Lacey G. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience! It has been a long time for me. It felt so good to be back.
