World Center for Birds of Prey

The Harris Hawk is pretty cool. They live in the Southwest. They hunt in families, like wolves. They perch high to watch for prey, sometimes even stacking themselves up to three high to get a better view. The male and female take turns spreading their wings over the nest to provide shade. They see in four colors - red, green, blue, and infrared.
